We have one of the MOST beautiful baptistries in the world... Lake Tahoe.  Because of water temperature, however, we only baptism during the summer.  Pastor Paul Tracy and Pastor Rachela Fazio are shown here doin' the dunkin'

Following the baptism, white doves are released as a representation of the Holy Spirit.  Then, as long as we're already at the beach, we celebrate the baptism with a church barbecue.
