As I think back to the fall of 1976, I cannot forget the day that Sam Worley, Marge Luippold and I walked into the manager’s office of Round Hill Mall.  We made an agreement that we could use a room for free as long as they did not rent the space.  It was a miracle through prayer.

We had several services in that room for one year, before they rented it.  The same agreement applied for the next space, which was also rented after a year so we were forced to look elsewhere.

In June of 1978 we found a space which is now the Antique Junction for $800.00 a month.  The only catch was, we didn’t have that much money available.  Our summer missionaries had arrived and they called their homes and churches about our need.  They sent us the money to rent the space for the summer.

In the fall of that year we decided to meet in the private homes of our church families.  The Luippold Beach house, my condo and many other homes.  Wherever the Saints were meeting was where the church was.  At Christmas we rented the Kingsbury General Improvement District conference room on Kingsbury Grade.

The spring of that year came and we had located a house and property for sale on Daggett Way.  With the help of twenty church members we were able to come up with the down payment to purchase the house.  We got the purchase through escrow by November 5, 1979.  The Lord continued to take care of His Church and to supply our every need.  The Church purchased the three additional buildings in 1983.
